Inside and out, the organic shapes of pueblo architecture soften every corner and blend every element. Exterior walls meet in gentle curves. Windows and doors are artfully placed to bring in welcoming light. Signature fireplaces and special nichos are found in every home. Other unique accents and touches can be added if you so desire.

Stacked stone graced ancient pueblos because it was beautiful and durable. Ryley West uses Anasazi stacked-stone elements in many of our models. These stone details can frame doorways and windows – offering a creative southwestern alternative to the traditional exposed vigas, latillas and beams.

Each Ryley West home is ready for the digital age. Category V Ethernet, Coaxial cable and security wiring with discrete, convenient drops give your entire home a high-bandwidth backbone and easy access to cable and satellite TV. Complete security wiring throughout the home ensures your safety.

Custom lighting accents all of our homes. Work areas sparkle with task lighting; intimate corners glow with the warmth of perfectly placed area lighting.

Gary Bennett began building unique custom homes more than a decade ago. He started Ryley West to share the grace, character and beauty of his custom homes with a broader community of homebuyers.

He believes that custom homes shouldn’t be reserved for only a select few. Excellent design, attention to detail and honesty with customers should be the basic building blocks of every home. Gary builds each home as if his own family will live there.
